First of all, I really enjoyed meeting some fantastic people through the Ultimate Blogging Party.
Thanks to everyone who posted a comment! Keep them coming. I love logging on & seeing that someone left me a new message. It doesn't matter if you're a regular or a first-timer!
Secondly, many of you read the letter I wrote to the baby I lost last July. Thanks, also, to those of you who left comments on that post. It's heartbreaking that there are so many of us that are part of that "club", but it's also very uplifting to know that we're not alone & joy does come out of sadness. If you look to the left, under "Check Me Out Here", you'll see a link to the letter.
Thirdly, my sister & my niece, Riley, loved the present I made her for her birthday. My sister hung it in her room & she says it looks really cute! I brought it up to work before I gave it to Riley & 2 of my friends (and co-workers) placed orders with me. I'll get to work on those soon.
Finally, I have officially started work on my debut novel. I have a character list & I also wrote the Prologue. I'm currently in the middle of Chapter One. Wish me luck!
But, for now, I must go because it's Cliffhanger Friday on SoapNet.
"Days of Our Lives" is on & I have to find out what Sami's going to do about EJ & if Nick will tell Chelsea that he slept with her mother! Don't you just love the DRAMA!

That's the great thing about an event like this. You met new people, hopefully some will become regulars. You find new blogs, perhaps add new ones to your favorite list.
I'm having a terrific time and am so happy that the 5 minutes for mom ladies decided to put on this event. I look forward to other events like this in the future.
